To request a return:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Any item showing signs of use may be rejected.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by Unifymart.com
If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will offer:

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
